WATER-REVOLUTION, LLC RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our systems, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax.
Water-Revolution will only accept the return of systems in their original packaging (including all accessories and manuals) with the original sales receipt within 7 days of the original purchase date. Opened items returned within the 7-day period with the original sales receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided the unit is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all accessories and manuals. If you have not used the product, have not opened the box, and have not broken the manufacturer’s seal on the box, you can return the unused product within 7 days for a full refund. Original shipping costs will be refunded only if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped. Return shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser. Replacement Cartridge Sets are not returnable or refundable.

Customers and/or Distributors who purchase any Water-Revolution prior to a service facility being open in their country will take full responsibility to bear any shipping costs to and from an authorized repair center for warranty work and for any duties or customs fees due.
RETURNS BY RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Water-Revolution offers, through its Distributors, a 100% 30-day money-back guarantee to all retail customers. Every Distributor is bound to honor the retail customer guarantee. If, for any reason, a retail customer is dissatisfied with any Water-Revolution system, the retail customer may return the unused portion of the product to the Distributor from whom it was purchased, within 30 days, for a replacement, exchange or a full refund. If the customer purchased product shipped directly from the Company, the customer may return the product directly to the Company within 7 days for a complete refund, less shipping costs.
RETURNS BY RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Certain products have their own warranties, as noted on the product pages.
Water-Revolution ID’s are charged a processing fee of $5.95 for each return. Any merchandise returned due to errors or damages upon delivery will not incur a processing fee.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds for credit card purchases will only be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase, or by check, at Water-Revolution's discretion. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our facility. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received the returned item. Additionally, we will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item. You can expect a refund to be generated within one week of our receiving and inspecting your return.
Water-Revolution, LLC reserves the right to deny any return.
No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Call (336) 525-1015 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
